We are looking for several volunteer photographers of the 2012 event, please contact us. The photos will be used on our promotional brochures, website, and Facebook page. Photographers will be accredited for all images used on the website/Facebook page when possible.
Reenactors who are interested in leading our non-denominational Sunday church service held on the event grounds, please contact us.
Groups or individuals interested in presenting programs on CW topics during our event please contact us.

All registered units will be posted on our website with a link to your webpage (when available) and announced on Facebook.
Closing time will be 4:00pm on Sunday the same as 2010.
There will be an ambulance on site during the event.
Dogs, horses and other pets are not allowed on the premises during the event.
Ordinance rifle: 6 or 12 lb mountain , 6 or 12lb Napoleon, or such as can be documented on Infantry or cavalry fields. We do not want naval guns of 1/2-3/4 scale guns. All guns must be able to pass inspection by an ordinance inspector. Small arms for infantry must be documented. Not kit guns or modern muzzle loaders. Inspection of arms will take place in both camps prior to taking the field to ensure reenactor and spectator safety.
